No.616 of 2017 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has stated no objection for allowing this application filed by the plaintiff which has been filed seeking for amendment of the cause title. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout the amendment in terms of this Court's order.
