The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to process the application dated 16.10.2023 made by the Petitioners along with payment of scrutiny fee for grant of approval for the house sites in Survey Nos. 113/19 and 113/20, Staling Street, Cowl Bazaar Village, St. Thomas Panchayat Union, Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District as per the provisions of Tamil Nadu Regularization of Unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that approval of house sites as sought by the Petitioners in this Writ Petition has been granted and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed.
