PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.20553/D3/2016 dated 31.08.2016 and the subsequent proceedings order issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.927/A1/2019 dated 03.01.2020 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to sanction incentive increment to the Petitioners for having acquired the qualification of M.Com., from the date of acquiring the degree or from the date of appointment whichever is earlier, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
