Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.12.2018 and take necessary action to implement the order dated 23.10.2017 issued by the First Respondent and consequently to appoint a Fit person for Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal - Srinivasa Perumal Temple as per the provisions of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.12.2018 and take necessary action to implement the order dated 23.10.2017 issued by the First Respondent and consequently to appoint a Fit person for Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal - Srinivasa Perumal Temple as per the provisions of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. 2.
It is represented by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents that the representation dated 14.12.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by the order dated 24.09.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also acknowledged its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to him to pursue for necessary relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
