The Writ Petition has been filed for directing third respondent to sanction the insurance claim of the petitioner's/deceased husband, viz., Rameshvanan in Insurance Policy No.304522238 based on the representation dated 27.01.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2020 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
