The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a FIR based on the petitioner's online complaint RRA21196951 dated 22.12.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner on 22.12.2021, the case has been registered by the 2nd respondent against the 3rd respondent in Crime No.215 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC.
