This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2272 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the notice being served on the respondent to his address mentioned in the plaint, the respondent is evading the service of notice.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a week from 21.10.2024."

4. The petitioner on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.100021 of 2013, if it is, otherwise, in order.
