This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

On a reading of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has lent a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the opposite party and that the opposite party has not returned the same. The respondent police are conducting enquiry in C.S.R. No.865 of 2016. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
