This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 23.11.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.G.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents. 3.

The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 19.04.1996 which stood in the name of the petitioner's husband. After his demise, the petitioner inherited the property. The petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 23.11.2023 and sought for patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2/4

petitioner to submit a fresh on-line application before the 2nd respondent along with all the necessary particulars. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.No costs.
