ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.14 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under section 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner name is not found in the FIR. Therefore it cannot be quashed.
3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to compete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case if the petitioner's name found in the final report, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
