This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property.

Heard Mr.H.Thameen Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 3. 3.

The case of the petitioner is that her father was the absolute owner of the subject property through a registered sale deed 26.04.2022. Thereafter, he executed a HIBA in favour of the petitioner on 24.09.2021 and based on the same, the petitioner became the absolute owner of the property. The further case 2/5

of the petitioner is that the patta was in the name of the father in Patta No.241. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit on-line application to the 2nd respondent along with all the necessary particulars and the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall deal with the application and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
