O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2015 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner for Survey No.140/4B in Singaripatty Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of his representation dated 22.05.2015, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
