Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India r/w.482 of Cr.P.C. to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to petitioner to peacefully recover the machines from the premises of the third respondent who along with the fourth respondent restraining petitioner from taking away her machines.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner to peacefully recover the machines from the premises of the third respondent who along with the fourth respondent restraining the petitioner from taking away her machines.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint/ representation has been received from the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a complaint/ representation in person before the second respondent and the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of complaint/ representation from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
