Respondents For Applicant : Mr.M. Arunachalam - - - - - The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has repossessed the vehicle. He has also submitted a report to that effect. The notice sent to the respondents 1 and 2 has been returned as "unclaimed". The notice sent to the respondents 3 and 4 have been duly served. The returned covers received from respondents 1 and 2 and the delivery reports pertaining to service of notice on respondents 3 and 4 have been enclosed along with the Affidavit of Service. Since the notice sent to the respondents 1 and 2 has been returned with the endorsement "unclaimed", which amounts to deemed service, they are set ex-parte by 1/3

this Court. Similarly, the respondents 3 and 4 have been duly served with the notice as seen from the delivery reports. Hence, they are also set ex-parte by this Court. Since the vehicle has been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.

2. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. After recording the aforementioned facts, this application stands closed.
