PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Punjai lands in S.No.29/2 in Ettikuttapatty Village and S.No.71/3C in Mayilapalayam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District by considering her online application dated 11.10.2018 within a limited time frame.

O R D E R
The limited grievance of the petitioner is that she had made an online application, dated 11.10.2018 for transfer of patta in her favour in connection with the property comprised in S.No.29/2 in Ettikuttapatty Village and S.No.71/3C in Mayilapalayam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. Since the procedure contemplated for transfer of patta would be by way of a proceeding as contemplated under the Patta Passbook Act, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2nd respondent shall consider the petitioner's online application as per the procedure contemplated for transfer of patta under the Patta Passbook Act and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, after giving due opportunities to all persons, who may be interested in the subject matter.
