O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.104 of 2013 dated 03.04.2013 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against Dilli and others and the same was registered in Crime No.104 of 2013. Though the said complaint was registered as early as on 03.04.2013, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.104 of 2013 pending on his file and file a final report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
