ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 16.06.2017 passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.21970 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, Mr.S.K.Ramalingam, Junior Engineer is present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before this Court.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that there is due compliance of the order by depositing a sum of Rs.1,23,057/- on 22.02.2019. 4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount.
