This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 71 days in preferring the revision petition.

Mr.N.U.Pressanna, the learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondent, vehemently opposed for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 71 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the main revision petition, if it is, otherwise, in order and further, print the name of Mr.N.U.Pressanna, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission of main petition.
