C.M.P.No.5931 of 2020 in C.M.A. SR.5718 of 2020 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.C.Vidhusan, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Though the 2nd respondent entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation today.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 128 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve the typed set of papers to the counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.
