The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.4064/2011 dated 12.12.2014, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent vide proceedings of the Revenue Divisional

Officer, Ambattur, dated 24.08.2015 in RC.No.8633/2002/A2. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court, which is taken on file and record. The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same and if it is open to him under law, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the Competent Forum. The contempt petition is closed subject to the above observation.
