Subsequently, the time limit was extended on request made by the Court below. Now, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, had by letter in Dis.No.1391/2025, dated 11.07.2025, addressed to the Registry of this Court, informed that the Calendar Case No.59 of 2023 had been disposed of on merits on 10.07.2025. The above compliance is hereby recorded.
