The delay of 1361 days in representing the appeal papers is sought to be condoned.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The petitioner has stated that though the appeal was presented in time, he was unable to represent the papers within the stipulated period on account of non-availability of relevant records, during the COVID-19 pandemic and also due to the demise of the learned counsel who had conducted the matter before the Trial Court.

4.Being satisfied that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for the delay in representing the appeal papers, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
