This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2020 and to give adequate police protection in order to conduct the cultural program which is schedule to be held on 05.03.2020 in Sri Arulmigu Vallimalai Murugar Temple situated at Melpadi, Chinnakeesakuppam, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner sought permission to conduct cultural programme in the event of Sri Arulmigu Vallimalai Murugar Temple situated at Melpadi, Chinnakeesakuppam, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District on 05.03.2020, but the period lapsed.
