CRIME NO.1185 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before the court in pursuance with order dated 12.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P. No.21264 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21264 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 to surrender before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The petitioner herein after obtaining anticipatory bail on 12.11.2021 have failed to comply the condition. Now, the petitioners seek extension of time.

4. Since for the past four months, the petitioners have not complied the condition. However, this Court revisit the condition imposed on the petitioners and passed the following order: (i) The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty Thousand only) to the District Fund, Thiruvallur by 31.03.2022 and shall produce the said receipt before the said Court. The other conditions remains unaltered.

ii) However, grant of anticipatory bail shall not stand in the way of the authorities to initiate confiscation proceedings. (iii) In case, any failing in complying the condition will automatically rendered this anticipatory bail order cancel and the respondent police shall proceed in accordance with law without reference to this Court.
