ORDER
This petition is filed for issuance of interim direction directing the first respondent to open its Portal for uploading the admitted students details for the year 2024-2025 of the petitioner college and for payment of eligibility fee and exam fee of the students by online method and thereby to permit the students for appearing for the first year examination to be held in February-2025.
2. It is seen that there is a internal dispute as to the chairmanship of the Trust. The private respondent claims to be the chairman of the trust, whereas, the petitioner claims that the college is run by the petitioner and her son one Mr.Rajesh. The petitioner states that the college admitted the students for academic year 2024-2025 and the classes also commenced. The college prepared the details of the students as required by the first respondent and the hard copy of a students admission details along with the DD of Rs.63,500/- towards eligibility fees were also sent to the first respondent University on 15.11.2024. While so, at the instance of the private respondent, the online Portal was blocked for the petitioners' college.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the first respondent University does not open the portal, the list of admitted students for the first year B.Ed., course 2024-2025 cannot be uploaded for provisional approval and that the students would be put to risk, as the students will not be permitted to write the examination. The learned counsel therefore submits that, as the exams are around the corner, a direction as prayed for should be granted in the interest of the students.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials on record.
5. It is seen that there is some dispute as to the chairmanship of the college between the petitioner and the private respondent. As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent should not jeopardise the students future.
6. In the interest of the students, I am inclined to issue the direction as prayed for, pending disposal of the writ petition. The first respondent is directed to 3 / 6
open its online Portal by Wednesday (19.02.2025) for uploading the admitted students details of the petitioner college for the year 2024-2025, so as to enable the college to pay the eligibility fee and exam fee of the students by online method. Thereafter the first respondent shall permit the students to appear in the first year examination to be held in February 2025.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Post on 07.03.2025.
