Mr.S.N.Narasimhulu, learned counsel submits that his clients have not deposited Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only), as directed by this Court and he has no instructions as on date.

2. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel and in view of the conditional order passed on 10.07.2015, the application to condone the delay of 1534 days in filing the application to set aside the exparte order in T.O.S.No.16 of 2009 stands dismissed.

3. In view of the confirmation of the judgment in the.T.O.S.No.16 of 2009, the connected suit in O.S.No.2059 of 2014, pending on the file of XV Assistant City Civil Court, which has been transferred to this Court, shall be sent back to City Civil Court for trial.
