ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2020 and to give adequate police protection in order to conduct the cultural program which is schedule to be held on 24.02.2020 in Sri Kaliyamman Mayanakollai Temple situated at Kalinjur, Gandhi Nagar, Vellore, Vellore District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
