ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) The present petition has been filed to vacate the interim stay of operation of the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, granted by this Court on 12.06.2023, which was subsequently, made absolute vide order dated 08.08.2023.

2. This Court perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and is of the view that allowing the vacate stay petition is almost equivalent to dismissing the Writ Petition, as the direction which has been issued by the Tribunal has to be complied with by the petitioner. Therefore, the present vacate stay petition cannot be entertained and the same has to be decided only at the time of disposal of the main Writ Petition.
