When this revision petition was listed on 02.12.2020, the learned counsel, who filed this revision petition, represented that the entire bundle was handed over to the petitioner.

Considering the said submission, this Court directed the Registry to remove the counsel name and print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and adjourned the matter on 15.12.2020. Even on 15.12.2020 no one was appeared, as such, again it was posted today i.e., on 05.01.2021. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
