This petition has been filed to excuse the delay of 232 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.2076/- vide receipt No.TNCT1012B2548M226, dated 10.02.2025 in the above appeal.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered and the delay is condoned.
