This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the entire records relating to the Judgment dated 27.03.2013 made in criminal Appeal No.97 of 2012 on the file of the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamallee confirming the Judgment dated 15.11.2012 made in C.C. No.522 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and set aside the same.

ORDER

When the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing on 17.09.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though the appeal is pending from the year 2013, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today also there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court is inclined to dismiss the same for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed for non prosecution. The III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamallee, is directed to secure the accused to undergo remaining period of imprisonment, if any.
