ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to disburse the monetary benefits for the period of temporary suspension from 15.11.1989 to 03.11.1992 to the petitioner on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2012.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 21.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 24.02.2023 (today) under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that the petitioner had died but no steps have been taken by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record.
