This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.02.2016 against the said persons for which receipt was issued in Receipt No.99/2016, dated 20.02.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.
No.99/2016, before the respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
