ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to secure the accused persons in Crime No.190 of 2018.
2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR in Crime No.190 of 2018 has been closed as 'mistake of fact' on 19.06.2018. 3.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to file a closure report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after serving the RCS notice to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the respondent police, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy by filing a protest petition and proceed further in accordance with law.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
