This petition has been filed seeking to implead Minor Santhanakrishnan, the petitioner herein as 12th respondent in the second appeal and permit the father and natural guardian Chandra Sekaran to file a compromise memo on behalf of minor son as guardian.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, petitioner is permitted to file a memo on behalf of minor son as guardian.
