3.The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the petitioners have filed writ petitions before this Court in WP.Nos.10301, 10306, 10313, 10323 & 10324 of 2021 and this Court has granted interim stay of the GST proceedings. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is necessary in these cases and accordingly, these petitions are closed.
