This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court by an order dated 03.02.2022 made in Crl.A.No.664 of 2021 as "(c) the appellants shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders". The petitioner was staying at Coimbatore from 08.02.2022 to till date.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner/appellant is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 03.02.2022 made in Crl.A.No.664 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
