Writ Petition Nos.5261 & 5616 of 2021 T.RAJA, J and K.KUMARESH BABU, J The Additional Chief Secretary I/Commissioner of Land Administration, vide proceedings in Rc.No.F2/17868/2018 dated 30.07.2019, referred the case of the petitioner covered in S.No. & Extent : 80/4 and 80/6 [2.02.05 hec and 2.02.5 hec], Thalampur Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, to the Chairman/District Collector of the Committee for a thorough probe and send a report to the Government through CLA. Till then, status quo has been ordered to be maintained.

2. Post on 27.07.2022 for filing report in respect of the land in question.
