This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 389 days in representing the aforesaid writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to number the writ petition if it is otherwise in order.
