Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted a copy of the communication dated 18.12.2023 addressed to him by the second respondent, wherein, it is stated that steps are being taken to issue patta to the petitioner. In view of the above communication of the second respondent, we expect the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
