ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the fair and decretal order dated 14.03.2013 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vellore in IA.No.631 of 2012 in OS.No.405 of 2008 and to set aside the same.

The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the counsel for the petitioner died long back and it was also informed to the petitioners. 3.

However, so far the petitioners have not engaged a new counsel on record. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the case. 4.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
