COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the sixth respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2021 followed up by the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2021, 01.04.2021 followed up by the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2021, 22.12.2021, 03.10.2021 followed up
by the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2021, 24.12.2021 and 13.10.2021 followed up by the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2021 respectively, as they disclose offences under Information Technology Act, 2000, and to investigate as to who is the author of the offending messages in Whatsapp and other electronic platform and also submit report to Central Government or officers designated by Central Government requiring them to exercise the poser under Section 69(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Considering the allegation made in the complaints, the sixth respondent is directed to register FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.
3. With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
