This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary for the months of October and November 2011 to the petitioner ; to pay the petitioner's surrender leave salary for 15 days for each year 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 ; to pay the petitioner's pending selection grade salary for the year of 2004 as per the order dated 14.07.2004 passed by the 2nd respondent and to pay the petitioner's pending 'Pongal' bonus for the year 2008.

2. When the matter was listed on 22.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 23.08.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 23.08.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 2/4
