2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP.No.15344 of 2025 in Crl OP.No.16066 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
