ORDER

(i) In CMP No. 5132 of 2026:

This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Second Appeal S.A.SR.No.9006 of 2019 against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.19 of 2016 dated 31.07.2018 by the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur. (ii) CMP No. 5136 of 2026:

This Petition has been filed to declare the 3rd petitioner as major in the Second Appeal S.A.SR.No.9006 of 2019 against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.19 of 2016 dated 31.07.2018 by the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur.

(iii) CMP No. 5138 of 2026:

This Petition has been filed to discharge the 1st petitioner from the guardianship for the 3rd petitioner in the Second Appeal S.A.SR.No.9006 of 2019 against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.19 of 2016 dated 31.07.2018 by the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondent.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of all the petitions and there is no serious objections raised by the respondent side, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
