The Secretary v. K.Thirunavukarasu Mudaliyar

CMP.No.3331 of 2018 in W.A.No.443 of 2017 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J AND V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN,J Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J We have heard Mr.P.Ebenezer Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.B.Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for R1 and Ms.V.Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate for R2 to R6.

2.This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the proposed party as 6th respondent in the Writ Appeal.

3. The prayer sought for by the petitioner is not opposed and it is seen that proposed respondent viz., Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary) is a proper and necessary party to the proceedings.

4.Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
