Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execution of bail bond in Crl.OP.No.10859/2020 dated 21.07.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 21.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10859 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, before the learned District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Good Convent Social Service, Society Reg No.55/1959, Corporation Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, A/c.No.520101001284955, IFSC.No. CORP0000577. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
