(CRIME NO.478 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court on order dated 28.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.1854 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time to comply with the condition made in Crl.O.P.No.1854 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.

2. This Court on 28.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the Charitable Trust and to execute sureties, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioners.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already deposited Rs.2,00,000/- as directed by this Court. However, he seeks extension of time for executing sureties.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended executing the sureties till 15.03.2022 with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
