ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the Respondents to promote the Petitioner to the post of Junior Grade Assistant.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that his representation 11.02.2010 sent to the Respondents, seeking promotion to the post of Junior Grade Assistant is not considered till date.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents would submit that the said representation of the Petitioner will be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time to be specified by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the said submissions of the learned counsel on either side and the limited scope of the prayer as sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the Competent Authority, namely, the 3rd Respondent or the 4th Respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 11.02.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
