ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.9.2014 and to take action against the third respondent for his illegal construction.

2. Mr. C. Johnson, learned counsel, takes notice for the first respondents and Mr. K. Soundararajan, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.9.2014 and take appropriate action, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the third respondent, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
